Account Executive - Mid Market

Background
In this exciting, fast-paced role you will help companies benefit from Oscilar’s risk platform through a full sales cycle. Deals typically range from $20K-$150K and will involve demand generation, managing POCs, collaborating with Product Management and selling to multiple stakeholders including CXOs.
Responsibilities
1. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and close.
2. Create pipeline through cold outbounding as well as collaborating with your Business Development Representative.
3. Conduct thorough research to understand potential clients' needs, pain points, and industry trends.
4. Present our software solutions to key decision-makers and stakeholders, showcasing the value and benefits of our products.
5. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales deals, while ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the client.
Requirements
1. Proven track record of quota overachievement in B2B software sales.
2. 2+ years in a closing role.
3. Experience in a high volume cold calling environment.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers.
5. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
