Background

Oscilar is building the decision infrastructure for financial services - powering real-time fraud detection, AML, and credit decisioning for some of the fastest growing fintechs and banks in the world. We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a high-caliber team of backend engineers working on our core infrastructure - including distributed systems, low-latency stream processing, and data storage at scale.

You’ll be responsible for managing engineers building mission-critical services, such as our Kafka ingestion platform, ClickHouse data layer, and event-driven workflow engine.
