We’re proud to share that Oscilar has been named to the Chartis Financial Crime and Compliance 50 (FCC50) for 2026, with two category awards. The first, Agentic AI Innovation, is a new category Chartis created this year to evaluate a new class of technology that has moved past proof of concept and into production. The second, Low-Code/No-Code Customization, reflects how our platform lets risk teams own their detection logic, workflows, and policy changes directly, without waiting on engineering.

Chartis evaluates hundreds of vendors globally across product capability, market presence, and customer validation. Rankings are not based on self-reported data, vendors do not pay for inclusion, and results reflect real-world deployments. That methodology is what makes the FCC50 a practical shortlist for institutions evaluating production-ready systems.

This is Oscilar’s second consecutive year on the FCC50.

In 2025, Chartis recognized us with the Modular Platform Award and Regional Excellence for the Middle East, alongside a ranking on the inaugural Retail Banking Analytics 50, where we received the Innovation in Decisioning Platforms award.

Agentic AI: From detection to action

The Agentic AI Innovation award reflects where financial crime technology is actually heading, and it's worth pausing on what that looks like in practice.

Most systems today still stop at detection. A transaction gets a risk score. An alert fires. From there, the work becomes manual: analysts pull context from multiple systems, investigate, decide, and route. That gap between signal and action is where cost accumulates and where time-sensitive fraud goes unresolved. The model didn't miss it, but nothing downstream could act on it fast enough.

Agentic AI collapses that gap. Instead of handing off a score and waiting, these systems reason across the full context of a customer's activity, investigate events, route cases to the right team, and in many scenarios act without waiting for manual intervention. Analysts stop processing volume and start handling genuine exceptions: the work that actually requires human judgment.

The fact that Chartis created a dedicated Agentic AI evaluation category in 2026 is itself a signal. Research firms don’t introduce new categories for technology that is still experimental. They introduce them when enough institutions are running it in production that vendors can be meaningfully compared.

Why Oscilar built a unified decisioning layer

For years, the industry believed better models would solve risk. In practice, that missed the actual bottleneck: the fragmentation surrounding those models.

Risk doesn't exist in silos. Signals across fraud, compliance, and credit are inherently connected, but most technology stacks treat them independently. The result is latency, blind spots, and manual overhead that scales with volume instead of shrinking with better tooling. The core challenge was never prediction alone, but coordination.

Oscilar's platform unifies fraud detection, compliance monitoring, credit decisioning, and case management into a single, real-time decisioning layer. Systems share context instantly, investigate and act in real time, and collapse the latency between signal and decision.

Customers including SoFi, MoneyGram, and Nuvei run their risk operations on this architecture today. Chartis' recognition reflects what these deployments already demonstrate: when you remove the seams between systems, decisions get faster, investigations get sharper, and outcomes compound.

The work ahead

A heartfelt thanks to the Chartis team for the recognition. This honor belongs to the entire Oscilar team, and to the customers who chose to run their risk operations on a platform that didn’t exist five years ago. Their trust is our lifeblood.

The threat landscape will keep evolving. So will the regulatory environment, the payments infrastructure, and the attack surface. Our job stays the same: close the distance between signal and decision, in real time, across every risk domain.

The FCC50 ranking and awards build on a growing body of recognition for Oscilar across the industry.
